It is absolutely necessary to prevent spikes in API usage due to whatever reason (like fraud, misconfiguration...) to be able to define a request limit in the API backend. We'd need this for the text recognition serivce.
Great idea! We will plan this and make sure that there is a possibility to set a limit per project, but also per API key.
