Extend user roles (eg. finance, hitl reviewer)

Now we only have:

  • org admin

  • org viewer

  • sales admin

I'd like to see more roles, like finance who can only see billing and statistics. Or HITL reviewer, who can only see pending reviews and/or the inbox.
